INCLUDED: • Technical assistant. • All the equipment in our setup. • Some instruments: acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, drums, and keyboard. • Access to Studio A, Control Room, and Studio B. • Water and coffee. NOT INCLUDED: • Music producer not included (if needed, we can recommend some of our partner producers). • Accommodation is not included. • Food service is not included. • Access to other areas of the facility is not included. OBSERVATION: • Accommodation and food services are sold separately and give you access to all other areas of the property. • Starting on the 2nd night, we offer up to 3 complimentary double rooms for accommodation (with shared bathroom), depending on the number of people, with a maximum limit of 6 people using the complimentary offer (for more people, there will be an additional room charge).

No. When you book a room for your stay, you will have the right to use all the common areas of our facilities and the room in question, but the studios are not included in the price of the accommodation and are not accessible to the general public; it will be necessary to book a studio room for a night in order to access it.
