Belongings
Make sure to remove all your belongings from the room and leave behind only the items that belong to the hotel, such as: cups, charger, toiletries kit, and towels.
Cleaning and Organization
Before leaving the premises, make sure that dishes and appliances used in all areas are clean and stored in their proper places.
Doors and Windows
Before leaving, make sure all doors and windows in the building are closed, especially the front door and the outer gate leading to the street.

Shared Bathroom
This room uses a shared (single-user) bathroom for rooms 5, 7, and 8, located in the kitchen area.
• Lock the door when entering by pressing the marked lock button on the door handle.
• Bring your personal items with you (towels, clothes, hygiene products).
• Take all your belongings with you after use.
• Keep the bathroom clean and organized.
• If the bathroom is occupied, use the washroom in the leisure area on the 1st floor.
Smart TV with Sound System
After turning on the TV, turn on the sound system using the panel next to the bed and select the Line option using the SRC button.
Bluetooth Sound System
Turn on the sound system using the panel next to the bed and select the Bluetooth option using the SRC button.
Connect your device to the Bluetooth system Frahm-APP.
Wait 1 minute for the Bluetooth device to be ready for pairing.
Electric Blind
Open and close the blind using the round button next to the bed.
Storage Bed
Lift the mattress base from the side to open the storage compartment.
Clothesline (bedroom wall)
Remove the pin from the holder and place it into the slot inside the wardrobe.
Towel Rack
Located behind the bedroom door.
Iron
Located inside the wardrobe.
Water - 24hrs (2nd floor)
Use the water filter on the café counter, on the left side.
Espresso Coffee - 24hrs (2nd floor)
Use the espresso machine on the café counter, on the right side.
Leisure Area - 24hrs (1st floor)
Includes a Smart TV, pool, billiards, barbecue grill, and beverages for purchase.
Gym - 9 AM to 10 PM (3rd floor)

We offer complimentary drinking water using the water filter located at the café counter on the 2nd floor.
Espresso Coffee - 24hrs
We offer complimentary espresso coffee using the coffee beans and the espresso machine located at the café counter on the 2nd floor.
• Coffee capsules and pods are sold separately using the card payment machines.

All rooms include full bedding with pillows, sheets, and a blanket.
Towels
All rooms include bath towels, face towels, and pool towels.
Hair Dryer
All bathrooms include a hair dryer, including the shared bathroom for rooms 8, 7, and 5.
Iron
All rooms include an iron, located inside the wardrobe.
Washing Machine
The washing machine, located in the kitchen, is for shared use among guests. Check if it is available before using it, or wait if it is currently in use.
Video Game
A Smart TV with a PlayStation 4 is available in the entrance lounge for shared use among all guests.
Kitchen
A fully equipped shared kitchen is available for all guests, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and various other appliances, as well as a wide selection of dishes and cooking utensils.

Leisure Area
A shared leisure area is available for all guests, equipped with a Smart TV, sound system, pool table, swimming pool, and barbecue grill.

A heated indoor pool is available for shared use among all guests.
Gym - 9 AM to 10 PM
A compact shared gym is available for all guests, equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, bench press, leg press, dumbbells, mats, and other accessories.

• Capacity: 2 people at a time.

Quiet Hours
Making noise after 10 PM is prohibited in all areas of the house and the surrounding neighborhood. (Article 42 – Law 3.688)
Surveillance Cameras
Surveillance cameras are located in the common areas for the monitoring and safety of all guests.
Paid Services
We offer a selection of items for purchase on the premises, such as beverages, snacks, and sweets, which must be paid for using the available card machines.
Shared Bathroom
The bathroom located in the kitchen area is shared and exclusively used by guests staying in rooms 5, 7, and 8, which do not have private bathrooms inside the accommodation.
Electric Fence
Warning! The walls surrounding the property have a high-voltage electric fence. Do not touch.
Automated Lighting
Our property features an automated lighting system with sensors. If no movement is detected for a certain period, the lights will turn off automatically.
Smoking Policy
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and inside the building.
• Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas, such as room balconies and the pool’s outdoor area.
• When smoking near the pool area, please keep the doors closed to avoid disturbing other guests.
• Do not throw cigarettes on the ground, in the street, or on neighboring properties.
• Always use the ashtrays provided in the designated areas to extinguish and discard your cigarette.
Doors and Windows
Keep the doors and windows of the property closed, especially during nighttime, to prevent insects from entering and causing inconvenience during your stay.

Smart TV
Click the home button on your TV remote, select the app you want to use, and connect your account if necessary.
Playstation 4
Turn on the video game console using the power button on the device.
Next, change the TV input to HDMI using the TV remote.
Finally, connect the video game controller using the PlayStation button, located in the center of the controller.
• If the controller has low battery, simply connect it to the video game console using the USB cable and continue using it normally.

• Showering is required before entering the pool.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool.
• Do not walk inside the building while wet.
• Avoid walking inside the building without a shirt or while wearing only swimwear.

Refrigerator
Use the pen and adhesive labels inside the refrigerator to identify your items with your name or room number.
Induction Stove
Turn on the induction stove, select the burner you want to use, and adjust the power level from 1 to 9 using the arrow controls.
• Attention: The induction stove is powerful; we recommend using a medium power level to avoid burning your food.
Dishwasher
Before placing dishes in the dishwasher, make sure to remove any food residue from the plates and utensils, and remember to put everything away after the wash cycle is complete.

We kindly ask that the space be used between 9 AM and 10 PM to avoid disturbing other guests with noise.

As this is a compact gym, we recommend a maximum of 2 people using the space at the same time.

Keep the gym clean and organized by sanitizing the equipment after use and putting everything back in its proper place.
Air Conditioning & Windows
Before leaving, make sure to turn off the air conditioner, switch off the lights, and close the windows and the door.

After turning on the TV, turn on the sound system device located on the wall and press the SRC button to select the Line option.
Bluetooth Sound System
Turn on the sound system device and press the SRC button to select the Bluetooth option. Then connect your phone to the Bluetooth system named Frahm.
